WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Jordan Channel Sales Lead, you’ll work in a diverse x-functional Team connecting the business through different functions like Brand, Merchandising, Planning and Operations. You will influence business decisions, providing business guidance, of Account and Territory Teams, Buyers and Global Sales. This role reports directly to the Sports Sales Director/Sr. Manager.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This Job Opening combines five individual Channel Lead open roles within our Sport Offense Sales Teams, across Jordan Streetwear (Streetwear Specialty / Athletic Specialty / Sporting Goods) as well as Jordan Sport (Sporting Goods & Dept Stores / Sport Specialty & Athl Specialty). We are searching for experienced and inspiring Sales Leads to bring to life our Channel Sales Strategy delivering our Marketplace Elevation and Expansion priorities.
You will require:
Clear understanding and a genuine passion for the Jordan Brand, and it’s distinctive role within Nike Inc.
Extensive Sales/Buying experience within the Sporting Goods and/or Fashion/Streetwear industry.
Strong commercial mindset, with a proven track record increasing revenue by creating and driving holistic business plans, inclusive of short- and long-term strategies to reach financial targets in a completive landscape.
Exceptional communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate goals and influence X-functionally, as well as inspire both internal Sales Teams and our Business Partners.
This role is a business expert. Candidate should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the competitive landscape, retail trends with a deep connection in Streetwear and/or Sport industry.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Sport Channel Sales Lead, you will deliver the commercial strategy for our Brand by Sales Channel across EMEA. This role supports seasonal and annual growth achievement by aligning strategies and partner engagement to achieve our financial targets.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead and deliver long term sustainable growth for your Sport/Channel. You’ll be responsible of delivering revenue, margin and increase market-share targets.
Enable the seasonal Sport commercial strategies by channel, identifying must-win partners and key retail destinations.
Collaborate with the Sport Sales Dir and Sport Merchandising to implement the Segmentation Framework.
Helps in the identification and development of new distribution opportunities by channel and expand existing partner relationships.
Lead seasonal GTM planning and execution to drive readiness and inspiration across the Sport category by channel, delivering clear seasonal sales strategies.
Working with Strategic Account & Country Teams drive sell-through and end-to-end execution with retail partners to support channel goals.
Collaborate with account teams, sport merchandising, and Geo sales planning on inventory health and franchise management by channel.
