This role operates within a dynamic, collaborative environment, championing Jordan’s commercial voice and fostering meaningful connections across functions. Reporting to the Global Jordan Sales Senior Director, you will manage key initiatives for the Jordan brand, support the development of growth strategies and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Jordan brand is seeking a Lead in Jordan Sales, a leader with a proven track record in driving commercial strategies while building cross-functional partnerships. The ideal candidate excels at developing and executing plans, at leveraging market and account insights to inform future strategies and identify business opportunities.
They are adept at working in highly matrixed environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability, and influencing both internally and externally. The candidate will be responsible for driving key seasonal moments and serving as a vital conduit between the Jordan team and integrated account teams.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Lead for Global Jordan Sales, you will be the commercial voice of our Key Wholesale Partners into the Global Jordan team. You will lead the transition from Product Creation to Go-To-Market, developing and implementing strategic growth plans that focus on channels and specific strategic partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of 3-year, annual, and seasonal commercial strategies by channel, identifying must-win partners and key retail destinations.
- Leveraging marketplace, product, and competitive insights to influence and align seasonal sales targets and growth opportunities.
- Coordinating CODE moments driven by marketplace with cross-functional stakeholders and tracking commitments, ensuring follow-through on key initiatives.
- Providing clear strategic guidance and delivering cross-functionally supported, seasonal commercial plans to Geo sales teams.
- Utilizing Geo feedback to influence marketing and assortment strategies, enabling growth targets and business health.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- Demonstrated leadership in project management and leading initiatives.
- Demonstrate understanding of retail and in-store environments.
- Demonstrate understanding of sales planning and analytic tools.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience in Strategic or Key Account sales or similar roles is preferred.
- Experience in strategy development is preferred.
- Experience in account product distribution and segmentation strategies is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20% may be required.
