  • Deep hands‑on experience with SaaS-based indirect procurement solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, or equivalent platforms

  • Strong integration experience with backend ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar

  • Experience designing and supporting audit and controls requirements, including ITGC/SOX-style controls and evidence-ready documentation

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, integration architectures, and distributed systems

  • Experience leading production support, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for mission‑critical enterprise systems

  • Proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid, or equivalent

  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions in complex, ambiguous environments

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams and time zones

  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented, global environment

  • Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset—curious, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise‑grade Source‑to‑Pay and procurement technology solutions supporting NIKE’s global indirect procurement operations

  • Drive technical ownership of procurement platform integrations, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security

  • Define and evolve integration standards, data contracts, mapping strategies, and error‑handling approaches across SaaS and ERP ecosystems

  • Identify and implement technical controls and support audit and compliance requirements, ensuring systems are audit‑ready with strong documentation and traceability
