Nike operates the largest and most responsive, resilient, and responsible Apparel / Accessories & Footwear Supply Chain in the World. We create, source, manufacture, move, and deliver over $50B of physical goods for Nike, Jordan, and Converse across every Field of Play. In order to continue operating at speed and at scale, Nike’s Supply Chain has shifted to a “center-served” offense that will drive standardization across end-to-end geo and functional strategies, performance metrics, portfolio prioritization, resource pooling, and program / capability execution. As the new Supply Chain offense takes shape, we are looking to grow our team with a Lead, Supply Chain Portfolio Management to help accelerate the Supply Chain Portfolio mandate.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an agile-minded and experienced portfolio manager to join our dynamic team. This leader will be highly motivated, knowledgeable of supply chain operations, program governance and prioritization methodologies. This leader will also obsess stakeholder needs and relentlessly drive clarity amidst ambiguity through effective communication.
This role is responsible for understanding their respective function’s portfolio of work in the context of their business needs and strategic priorities. In partnership with the business, this role is responsible for understanding how each initiative in the portfolio supports long-term business goals, drives operational excellence, and improves overall supply chain efficiency. We are looking for a candidate who has:

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working in close partnership with stakeholders across Nike Supply Chain’s Innovation, Business Integration, Performance Management, Capabilities, Technology, Analytics, Marketplace, Product, Sustainability, and Global Express Lane teams, coordinating an integrated set of end-to-end (cotton to consumer) Supply Chain frameworks to foster a culture of accountability. This role is responsible for representing stakeholders in driving alignment of the global Nike Supply Chain priorities.
This role is critical in ensuring that all initiatives within the portfolio align with supply chain strategic directions and deliver measurable value.
Typical responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:
Portfolio Strategy and Planning:
- Assist stakeholders with intake and business case development
- Drive robust value determination
- Facilitate prioritization for each function
- Align portfolio initiatives to corporate and function strategies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and evaluate high-impact initiatives
- Provide guidance on resource allocation, risk mitigation, and best practices across the portfolio
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
- Partner with innovation, capabilities, finance, technology, analytics, supply chain functions, and global functions to drive project success and resolve issues
- Prepare regular portfolio performance reviews for senior leadership, offering strategic recommendations
- Ensure all projects are on track and facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and timely progress as needed
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve portfolio management processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance portfolio management capabilities
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will be hired into the Nike Supply Chain Operations team. It will report directly to the Director, Supply Chain Portfolio Management. Each Supply Chain Portfolio Management Lead is responsible for working with a set of stakeholders within a specific Geo or function. This role will be responsible for working with the leadership team of their respective Geo or function.
WHAT YOU BRING
Work Experience: 5+ years in supply chain, portfolio, or project management, with a proven record of managing large, cross-functional projects
Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile Portfolio / Portfolio Management a must; experience in Supply Chain highly desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
- Self-directed, persistent and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
