This role is a part of the Global Kids Sportswear Product Management Team and is responsible for leading the end-to-end product creation process for Kids TEES Apparel. This role sits at the center of one of the largest and most dynamic areas of the Kids business—driving seasonal product excellence, operational rigor, and consumer-relevant product storytelling across graphics, fit, materials, and construction.
The Kids TEES business is a key growth driver within Kids Sportswear, requiring a leader who can manage complexity at scale while balancing speed, creativity, and commercial impact. This role will help shape the future of Kids apparel by translating consumer and marketplace insights into compelling seasonal assortments that connect sport, style, and culture for the next generation.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Kids Sportswear Product Management team drives the strategy and execution behind one of Nike’s most important growth businesses. This role partners closely with Design, Development, Merchandising, Graphic Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Operations to bring seasonal product visions to life.
You will work across cross-functional triads to manage product creation from brief through commercialization—ensuring clarity, alignment, and executional excellence throughout the process. This role reports into the Senior Director, Kids Sportswear Apparel Product Management.

This person is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to navigate complexity with confidence and clarity. They understand how to balance creativity with operational excellence and know how to lead teams through ambiguity while keeping product and timelines on track.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of apparel product creation and is energized by managing a high-volume business with speed and precision. They are a strong communicator, collaborative partner, and strategic problem solver who can connect consumer insights, marketplace trends, and business needs into impactful product decisions.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Merchandising, or a related apparel role.
Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
Experience leading, mentoring, or developing a team is a plus
Strong understanding of apparel product construction, graphics execution, sourcing, and the end-to-end product creation process.
Experience managing complex seasonal calendars and multiple product deliverables simultaneously.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Airtable, and collaborative tools such as Miro.
Passion for kids consumer trends, sport culture, and the intersection of style and performance.
Ability to travel up to 10 - 15% domestic and international
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the end-to-end product creation process for Kids TEES Apparel, partnering across functions to deliver consumer-right seasonal assortments that drive both brand and business impact.
You’ll help manage one of the highest-volume categories within Kids Sportswear—bringing clarity, organization, and momentum across seasonal milestones, reviews, and commercialization gates. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure product excellence from concept through final delivery.
Lead the end-to-end product creation process for Kids TEES Apparel across seasonal timelines and key gates.
Partner with Design, Graphic Design, Development, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Sourcing to build consumer-right seasonal assortments.
Translate consumer, marketplace, and trend insights into actionable product direction and seasonal briefs.
Manage product line plans, milestone tracking, sample management, and cross-functional communication throughout the product creation process.
Drive alignment across triad partners to ensure product decisions support business goals, consumer needs, and seasonal storytelling.
Partner closely with Development and Operations teams to ensure product readiness, costing alignment, and on-time execution.
Support seasonal reviews, presentations, and product storytelling for internal leadership and marketplace partners.
Balance creativity and operational rigor to deliver product excellence at speed and scale.
Identify opportunities to elevate product distinction through graphics, materials, construction, fit, and finishing details.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture.
