The individual in this role will join a fast paced, exciting team that will be bringing the future of Men’s basketball footwear and apparel to consumers globally. It will be important to be a curious, authentic, humble, decisive and detail-oriented teammate. Someone with an awareness and understanding of the footwear and apparel global marketplace and its changing dynamics.

A successful Senior Merchant will contribute to an inclusive, positive, and progressive team dynamic. We are looking for curious, energetic, and coachable merchants. You have demonstrated an awareness and understanding of the consumer and the dynamics of the marketplace. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
A minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
Ability to multi-task and coordinate with multiple partners
Ability to provide support for merch team as needed outside of assigned product load
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient in Excel and Keynote on a Mac Platform
Understanding of retail math a plus
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will enable the strategizing, building, and managing of global 3-year line plans and product journeys cross-functionally.
A consistent part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be the detailed management, maintenance and communication of all seasonal tools and assortments. Enabling this effort will be the development of key relationships among cross-functional teammates, comfort with research and analysis, along with a genuine curiosity and commitment to learn and evolve.
