As an NAX Trainer, you will:

  • Apply the train-the-trainer approach to prepare multi-unit leaders and store leadership to drive ongoing learning on subjects ranging from service and selling to career development and growth.
  • Coordinate and implement leadership and athlete onboarding for new store openings and conversions.
