The Trade Excellence Digital Team is responsible for shaping the future of Nike’s Digital Ecosystem, and innovating how we connect with consumers and accelerate commerce through some of our most critical channels! This team integrates with Consumer, Field of Play, Merchandising, Marketing and Platform teams to drive a comprehensive digital strategy, grounded in business trend, consumer needs, and long-term vision of growth. Working collaboratively across functions, we bring seasonal and evergreen storytelling, products, content, services, and product franchise strategies to life across our digital portfolio and drive the development of capabilities and features that result in World Class experiences for Nike members that fuel brand love, and deliver financial growth.  

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Nike Digital is looking for MBA talent interested in helping shape and accelerate Nike’s digital strategy. The right candidate will bring digital fluency and curiosity and understanding of digital opportunities across the market. They will be capable of strategic analysis and financial modeling and bring cross-functional collaboration to drive action through influence.  

 

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE: 

In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.  

 

With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impactThese projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.  

 

Our goal for the Digital Growth MBA Internship is to provide an incredible and unique experience, showing what it is like to be at Nike full-time. Examples of project work may include: 

  • Drive strategy and business case development for key digital growth opportunities – inclusive but not limited to Social Commerce, AI Commerce, Connected Inventory models and others. 

  • Identify opportunities for revenue and brand impact. 

  • Illustrate high-level cross-functional requirements and dependencies to drive pilots and execution across the Nike Matrix.

WHAT YOU BRING: 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled in a MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027  

  • Background in digital commerce, consumer product or retail, product merchandizing, or product operations preferred 

  • 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred  

  • Cover letter and resume submission required (PDF versions strongly preferred 

 

Skills: 

  • Proven experience in strategic analysis; demonstrated ability in financial sizing and modeling 

  • Work collaboratively and build effective business partnerships in a cross-functional organization 

  • Ability to simplify complex recommendations and deliverables to drive decision making 

  • Understanding of digital retail fundamentals and consumer levers

Independientemente de tu puesto, queremos conocer todas tus facetas, así que no tengas reparo en enseñar cómo ofreces un servicio premium y qué es lo que te diferencia de los demás.

03. Haz una entrevista
