Overview of the Job:
Deploy GC supply & inventory planning strategy according to different supply chain operating models, support FLT and new responsive supply chain capability pilot, facilitate process alignment & improvement by collaborating with Global & Geo X-function team and provide business insights with advanced data analytics skills.

Job Responsibility:
FLT and Responsive Strategy and Supply & Inventory Capability (20%)
- Collaborate with global & geo team to understand and deploy geo supply planning strategy, inclusive of FLT and responsive operating model (RR)
- Maximize responsive business opportunity of the integrated marketplace with 2X speed responsive supply while balancing geo inventory level.
- Support team to pilot new responsive supply chain capability to enable an E2E supply fulfillment network from raw material staging to finished goods manufacture
X- function Process Alignment & System Improvement (30%)
- Work with global & geo X function team to align on the most efficient process for different operating models.
- Support regular touch base meetings with factory partners to ensure the smooth implementation of different supply chain operation model, keep tracking on opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate with global planning/tech team to improve the current system supply & inventory planning logic to better fit into business need & give clear visibility to stakeholders.
Data Analysis & KPI management (20%)
- Connect demand sensing matrix to generate seamless E2E Demand /Material Planning / Supply Planning / Inventory Management data foundation and modeling.
- Drive business decisions by advanced data analysis through multi-dimension reporting & analytics tools.
- Weekly performance tracking on cross season planning, Demand & Supply reconciliation & Reporting tracking, alert upon problems or risks.
Buy Execution (30%)
- Demand fcst maintenance in APO system regularly based on different fulfill model.
- Regular buy preparation, STR publication, PO creation for FLT/RR.
- Pre-season system setting, Inseason read & react and buy postponement.
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
- 2-3 years demand & supply/inventory planning experience in retail industry preferred (Fresh Graduated Master also preferred if the candidates have data modeling or analytics capability)
- Responsive planning/ short lead time/ VMI / JIT supply experience & team management would be a plus. (Optional to fresh graduated candidate)
- Knowledge of SAP systems is a must. (Optional to fresh graduated candidate)
Experience Required (Soft skills):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with open mindset. Excellent organizational & communication skills and a self-motivator. Able to work under pressure and have passion for newness.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Computer skill set: Microsoft excel, ppt.
- Knowledge of AI / Power BI / SQL / Python / Snowflake / AWS / Azure / R would be a plus.
