WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role is for a sharp operational thinker who thrives on making complex work simpler. The Process Optimization Specialist brings structure, discipline, and momentum to Store Operations—balancing speed with precision. They understand how stores run, how work flows, and how small process improvements create outsized impact. This person is comfortable managing multiple priorities, translating strategy into action, and building tools that teams actually want to use. They bring curiosity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset, with the confidence to lead work across functions and the humility to learn the business from the ground up. Above all, they care deeply about the store athlete experience and believe great operations are invisible—but essential.

Requirements
  • Open to work in North America

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

From intake to execution, you’ll streamline processes, clarify communication, and ensure stores receive the right work at the right time. Your focus is simple: reduce friction, elevate consistency, and make it easier for stores to win.

Key responsibilities
  • Review, assess, and execute incoming requests aligned to Store Operations priorities
  • Support workload planning and task delivery for stores, ensuring consistency and process adherence
