At Nike, we’re obsessed with delivering game-changing experiences for athletes—and the Nike Stores Innovation Lab (NSiL) is where that future takes shape. As a Product Strategy & Operations Specialist, you’ll transform seasonal strategies into action by driving cross-functional alignment, enabling accurate and consumer-right assortments, and leveraging insights that fuel impactful decision-making. Your work will directly influence the product choices tested in NSiL, shaping how we serve athletes in the retail environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner across Concepts, Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to drive the strategy behind assortments in our store innovation ecosystem.
- Enable smarter product lifecycle decisions while optimizing inventory flow and accuracy.
- Own seasonal assortment alignment across Concept, Category, and Sample Planning teams.
- Ensure buy accuracy and assortment continuity within NSiL spaces.
- Collaborate with Value Channel leads to deliver consumer-right assortment strategies.
- Plan and execute end-of-life liquidation strategies to maximize flow and minimize waste.
- Deliver actionable insights through KPI reporting using tools like Tableau, Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Work with cross-functional partners to support execution of seasonal sets within Mock Shops.
- Oversee seasonal sample coordination and inventory flow to ensure alignment with program timelines.
- Support the Business Operations Manager on platforms through coordination and execution of operational tasks.
- Provide logistics and coordination support across NSiL to ensure seamless execution of lab initiatives.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate daily with Merchandising, Planning, Product Creation, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations partners, as well as the NSiL Business Operations Manager. You’ll work closely with those teams to translate feedback and performance into continuous improvement. Additionally, you’ll partner with the Asset Management Specialist to execute daily tasks/projects in NSiL and maintain best-in-class inventory management.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in product strategy, retail planning, inventory management, or program operations.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments focused on test-and-learn.
- Passion for the athlete experience—and a deep curiosity to make it better every season.
