As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for driving the selling efforts and customer relationships in Converse stores through excelling in customer service and selling techniques, while supporting merchandising and product flow. We’re Looking for someone who:

Responsibilities:

▪ Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers
▪ Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards
▪ Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities
▪ Ensure basic understanding of footwear, apparel and accessories
▪ Support superior standards around store cleanliness and store safety
▪ Acts in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times.
▪ Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with Converse Attendance Expectations and Retail Conduct Expectations.

Qualifications:

▪ 1-2 years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred 
▪ Must be able to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climb ladders, stock/retrieve/ merchandise, and unload shipments
▪ Ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers
▪ Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
▪ Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
▪ Must perform basic retail math and have basic computer skills.
▪ Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

01. Presenta una solicitud

02. Conoce al/a la responsable de la selección de personal o haz una evaluación

Si te seleccionan para ocupar un puesto corporativo, la persona responsable de la contratación te contactará para comenzar las entrevistas y será tu punto de contacto principal durante todo el proceso. Para los puestos de Retail, tendrás que completar una evaluación interactiva de entre 10 y 20 minutos que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Independientemente de tu puesto, queremos conocer todas tus facetas, así que no tengas reparo en enseñar cómo ofreces un servicio premium y qué es lo que te diferencia de los demás.

03. Haz una entrevista

Enfréntate a esta fase con confianza. Para ello, investiga, entiende lo que buscamos y prepárate para responder a las preguntas que te hagan para conocerte mejor a ti y a tu experiencia.
