WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a NIKE’s running brand ambassador, you will create and ensure a strong relationship with consumers who is making or is going to make running a habit through in-store experiences and services. As this role sits in a store organization, you will work closely with Coach, Assistant Head Coach and Head Coach as well as several corporate function such as Retail Marketing and Store Operations. You are also recognized as Running product expert and expected to share consumer insights around such product to Nike Direct Stores leadership.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a running enthusiast experienced in building relationships, interacting with consumers as well as all levels of firstline. You will also demonstrate your presentation and training delivery skill by serving as in-store trainer for Running product to ensure and enhance the quality of service and experience demonstrated across the store you will work in. You will be reporting into Head Coach of Nike Harajuku or Nike Ginza depending on the location you will be assigned.

• A passion for Nike: Our product, our brand and our mission; and more generally for running products in the market.
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills, with proven ability to provide first-class consumer service with engaging storytelling for communicating NIKE Running product benefits.
• Strong verbal communication skills fluent in Japanese. English language skill is a plus.
• Holds Nike Running Certificate, done train-the-trainer by Training Captain, and able to facilitate Certificate session as in-store trainer
• Pacer skill: Took pacer training, led or help facilitate NRS live sessions.
• Hands on knowledge about Running, both racing and every day running.
• Is a runner and making running a habit.
• Is/was a competitive runner, or a race participant is a plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft office (Outlook, Power-point, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat) and Keynote is a plus

• Nikeの製品、ブランド、ミッションに情熱があり、また市場にあるランニング製品にも広い知識があること
• 優れた理解力とコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、NIKEランニング製品の利点を伝えるための魅力的なストーリーテリングを使用して、高いレベルの消費者サービスを提供できる
• 日本語に堪能。特に会話を通じて優れたコミュニケーションスキルを示すことができる。英語のスキルがあると尚良し。
• Nikeランニングサーティフィケートを保持し、トレーニングキャプテンによるトレイン・ザ・トレーナーを受講済み。店舗内トレーナーとしてランニングサーティフィケーションセッションを実施する能力がある
• ペーサースキル：ペーサートレーニングを受け、NRSライブセッションをリードまたは支援した経験がある
• レースおよび日常的なランニングに関する実践的な知識がある。または自身がランナーであり、ランニングを習慣にしている。
• 競技ランナーまたはレース参加者であることが望ましい。
• 基本的なパソコン操作スキルがある。

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

This role will directly work on followings:

• Serve athlete* on selling floor of Running FW and APP.
• Operate Form: Run Analysis experience at Nike Harajuku (after relocation), and any future Running specific experiences.
• Lead and support NRS live sessions and Pacer Meet-up
• Be in-store trainer for Running product and facilitate Running Certification process in the store.
• Participate EKIN/NAX-led training sessions for Running and actively spread the knowledge to others.

• ランニングFW/APのコンスーマーに店頭でサービスを提供する
• FORM (ランニングフォーム分析、改装後のNike Harajukuに設置)また将来的なランニング関連の店頭サービスを提供する
• NRS live sessionやPacer meet-up(Nike Ginzaのみ実施)のリーダー役を務め、実行のサポートを行う
• ランニング製品に関して所属店舗内のトレーナーになる。またランニングサーティフィケーションのセッションを実施する
• EKINやNAXが企画するトレーニングセッションに参加し、そこで得た知識を所属店舗に積極的に広める
