Footwear (FW) Costing builds value for NIKE and our Footwear Manufacturing Partners through our driver-based costing framework that provides transparency and practical insights on the costs of developing and manufacturing NIKE footwear across the source base. We are a cross-functional and global team committed to serving the athlete* and fueling the financial future of NIKE and our Footwear Manufacturing Partners.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Director of FW Rates & Compensation. You will partner closely with team members across the broader FW Costing organization and collaborate with key cross-functional partners including FW Value Engineering, Global Product & Merch Finance, Sourcing and Supply Chain Finance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Footwear Manufacturing Partners and Partner Manager Organizations in Asia.

Success in this role requires deep analytical capability, advanced modeling skills, and the confidence to collaborate across cultures and functions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented without losing sight of the big picture, proactive in identifying opportunities, and energized by improving how work gets done. A growth mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently while staying connected to the broader team are essential.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field with an emphasis in Finance or Data Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in product costing, financial analysis/modeling, financial planning, or P&L management
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, including building models and analyzing large, complex datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- Experience working in cross‑functional, global, or multicultural environments
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help shape and evolve Nike’s footwear costing framework, using data, analysis, and insight to inform rate setting, partner compensation, and costing policy. Your work supports smarter decisions across the footwear ecosystem and helps fuel long‑term value for Nike and its Footwear Manufacturing Partners.
- Support the labor portion of our annual rate setting process across FW Costing and our Footwear Manufacturing Partners
- Deliver financial analysis and insights that influence decisions on footwear rates, compensation strategies, and costing standards
- Collaborate with FW Costing teammates and cross‑functional partners across Finance, Sourcing, and Supply Chain
- Identify and help implement opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve tools, processes, and ways of working
- Streamline existing processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Provide analytical support to ad‑hoc initiatives focused on value creation, cost reduction, and meaningful insight
