Who are we looking for?

Brand Creative Production is the center of excellence for production at Nike. Together, with Brand Creative, we are the voice of Nike’s heart and soul. It's about telling powerful, meaningful stories across the entire brand ecosystem, leveraging all existing and new platforms to inspire, enable and engage athletes*, while driving brand distinction and business impact. NA Brand Creative Production is a team of enterprise thinkers who are experts in bringing ideas to life. You will work to up-level the team’s deep industry expertise by learning, inspiring and sharing knowledge with the collective Brand Creative team.

What will you work on?

As a Senior Creative Producer, you will be responsible for leading and owning medium-scale productions in partnership with Creative, Brand Management and other cross-functional Nike teams. You will facilitate creative partner outreach and negotiations, budget management and accruals, contract execution, and will champion the creative vision through to final delivery. On set, you will lead shoot management, establishing the ROS and maintaining production schedules. You are the connection point between all internal and external teams, seamlessly communicating details throughout the production process so all are aligned. You have and will continue to build industry relationships, will contribute towards creative strategy, and help grow Nike’s database of creative partners.

Who will you work with?

You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Production, and partner daily with teammates across PDX, LA and NYC to ensure work is organized seamlessly for successful productions. You will also work closely with key business functions such as Finance, Legal, BA, Procurement, Comms, Sports Marketing and Energy Marketing.

What you bring:

  • At least 4 years of directly relevant work experience in in content production and creative project management. Strong interest in staying up to date with current and future trends and innovations.
  • Production Expertise: Strong knowledge of content and creative production best practices. Proven ability to work with internal and external creatives, commissioning and managing multiple creative partners ranging from world-renowned agencies to up-and-coming artists and creators to deliver premium and inspirational stories and experiences.
  • Strong Communicator: Forward-thinker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to solve problems with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Operational Excellence: Expert-level ability to draft SOWs and reconcile complex production budgets. Proven ability to prioritize work appropriately, meet deadlines, with multiple projects at one time.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams. Ability to represent brand creative ideas in meetings with Leadership and be able to back the work with sound reasoning.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Airtable, Figma a plus
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

POSITION LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This position is based at our incredibly beautiful worldwide campus headquarters location in Beaverton, Oregon. You'll work a "4/1 hybrid" schedule - Mondays - Thursdays are in the office and it's optional if you'd like to work Fridays from the Nike campus office or your home office.
