WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this position, you will partner with multiple functional groups internal and external DEC including Greater China Responsive teams, Global Supply Planning, Global Sourcing, Global Material teams, Partner Management, Regional DEC teams and Factory Partners to create the future scalability of China for China Responsiveness.

Based in Shanghai, this position requires competencies in a cross-functional environment to fully support China for China Responsiveness. As a Senior DEC Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the fulfillment of all China Responsive programs, from initial request to implementation. You will provide strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive quick decision and successful result. You will also leverage your business and technical skillsets to influence new ways of working across a large organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Marketing, Business, Supply chain management, Logistics Management, Engineering or related field)
- Experience about apparel, supply chain management and factory management, ERP system preferred.
- Good at excel, PPT, and other MS and data software's.
- Detail driven, patient, be able to identify problems solving and ability to conceptualize and implement project construction.
- Clear, timely and effective written and oral communication in English.
- Ability to lead projects to achieve project success.
- Ability to plan, organize and conduct effective meetings.
- Ability to work with and understand diverse cultures.
- Experience working in data systems.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Success in this role will require a proven individual who have:
- Data and Analytical Skills
- Translate China Responsive business requirements into data designs that drive the development of analytics tools and data products, enabling on-time demand fulfillment and delivery between Nike and partners.
- Manage supply chain technology and systems to drive business value of China Responsiveness.
- Process Excellence and Innovation
- Strengthen China Responsiveness models and enable their sustainable growth through clarity of policies and processes.
- Generate and implement new processes that create value for the future growth of China for China Responsiveness.
- Risk Management
- Identify and assess the risks in China Responsive supply chain to develop mitigation plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk management plans.
- Develop and implement business continuity plans with internal and external stakeholders to ensure resilience in execution.

- Ability to plan, organize, and partner with internal and external DEC stakeholders to achieve specific goals and objectives of new Responsive initiatives within a defined scope and timeline.
