WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our Nike Stores are the place where Nike is most alive for our athletes to experience everything our brand has to offer; they are the best expression of Making Athletes Dreams Real. We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to lead Nike’s owned store (NSO) portfolio across Greater China—one of the most dynamic and competitive retail markets globally.

This leader will bring a strong combination of commercial acumen, operational excellence, and consumer obsession, with a proven ability to drive business results, elevate in-store experiences, and lead large-scale retail organizations.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Drive Business Performance
    Own end-to-end retail performance across NSO stores, delivering strong results in sales, productivity, and profitability through disciplined execution and data-driven decisions.
  • Elevate Consumer Experience
    Define and scale best-in-class in-store experiences, ensuring premium execution across service, storytelling, and athlete engagement while enabling local market relevance.
  • Lead Store Innovation
    Drive innovation across store formats and experiences by integrating new concepts, omni-channel touchpoints, and experiential retail elements to continuously evolve how consumers engage with Nike.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence
    Ensure consistent execution across the store fleet, optimizing retail standards, inventory productivity, and operational efficiency at scale.
  • Develop & Inspire Teams
    Lead, coach, and inspire a large population of retail athletes and field leaders, building a strong talent pipeline and high-performance culture.
  • Enable Cross-functional Execution
    Partner with key functions to ensure seamless alignment from strategy to store execution, enabling fast, agile responses to market and consumer shifts.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Extensive Retail Leadership Experience
    15+ years in retail, with proven success leading large-scale owned store networks
  • Strong Commercial & Operational Acumen
    Deep understanding of retail KPIs, P&L management, and store operations, with a consistent track record of delivering business results
  • Consumer-First Mindset
    Passion for creating premium, differentiated consumer experiences, with strong attention to detail in execution
  • People Leadership & Talent Development
    Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, multi-layer teams, building strong leadership pipelines
  • Innovation & Change Leadership
    Experience driving retail transformation or store innovation initiatives, with the ability to turn ideas into scalable execution

02. Conoce al/a la responsable de la selección de personal o haz una evaluación

Si te seleccionan para ocupar un puesto corporativo, la persona responsable de la contratación te contactará para comenzar las entrevistas y será tu punto de contacto principal durante todo el proceso. Para los puestos de Retail, tendrás que completar una evaluación interactiva de entre 10 y 20 minutos que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Independientemente de tu puesto, queremos conocer todas tus facetas, así que no tengas reparo en enseñar cómo ofreces un servicio premium y qué es lo que te diferencia de los demás.

03. Haz una entrevista
