WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As the Senior Director, Nike Direct Supply Chain, EMEA, you’ll lead a powerhouse team at the heart of Nike’s consumer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders across Nike Direct, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and Marketplace to define and execute the supply chain strategy for Nike Direct in EMEA. You’ll be a key voice in Nike Direct Leadership and cross-functional forums, translating commercial strategies into operational execution and ensuring the supply chain delivers on Nike’s consumer promise and financial goals.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded leader with deep expertise in omnichannel retail, supply chain operations, and digital transformation. You bring a strong track record of driving operational excellence and leading large-scale initiatives across complex retail environments. You are passionate about elevating consumer experience through service model differentiation and innovation, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
You will bring:
Proven leadership in omnichannel retail and supply chain strategy, ideally within digital commerce environments.
Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale operational projects and driving performance management.
Experience leveraging digital capabilities (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) to unlock real-time inventory visibility and agility.
A track record of hiring, leading, and motivating high-performing talents, and building and inspiring strong teams, to deliver with excellence and creativity.
Strong financial business case acumen and portfolio management capabilities.
Experience in both operational and strategy/change roles is an advantage.
Strong influencing skills, with the ability to drive time-critical decision-making and foster a culture of ownership and innovation.
Subject matter expertise in supply chain, transformation, and enterprise program leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Senior Director, you will:
Co-create Nike’s Global Retail Supply Chain strategy, ensuring EMEA priorities are reflected.
Represent EMEA Supply Chain in Nike Direct Leadership forums and translate commercial strategies into actionable supply chain plans.
Own the Nike Direct Order Book, ensuring on-time, in-full availability across stores and digital platforms.
Drive service model differentiation across Nike Digital and Nike Stores to elevate priority doors and sports moments.
Position EMEA Supply Chain as a competitive advantage across service, convenience, quality, sustainability, and cost.
Champion digital transformation and innovation adoption, leveraging advanced capabilities from SAP S/4HANA.
Build integrated operational forecasts aligned with consumer demand and financial goals.
Identify and develop talent to shape the future of EMEA Supply Chain.
