WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our team is looking for an experienced North America operations professional who is passionate about co-creating an end-to-end process for a portfolio of key wholesale ecommerce partners for Nike!
This is a fast-paced position where you will drive collaboration across multiple teams at Nike. This person is a self-motivated, strategic problem-solver with the ability to influence teams in a matrixed organization. This candidate will have the opportunity to recommend and implement new strategies, innovate and develop solutions to evolve and simplify our workflow all in support of connecting with the digital consumer.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As part of this team, you will help create the future for Nike’s ECommerce wholesale business including establishing new GTM and seasonanal product detail set-up creation processes while maintaining a pulse on Nike’s wholesale ECommerce business. You will relentlessly focus on finding ways to increase our efficiency & simplify our processes, communication and decision making while developing and managing operational initiatives that deliver tactical results. You will also prepare sales reports and recaps, support the MBR/QBR process, and be accountable for managing partner specific external sales tools and orderbooks.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will report into the ECommerce Senior Director. We will develop and maintain positive relationships with other key stakeholders and work in close collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Accounting, and Finance.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience Sales Operations, projects/systems management, Buying, Retail Planning, Merchandising or Sales in athletic apparel and footwear or a related digital industry
- Digital commerce and digital consumer experience preferred
- Pre-emptive problem solver, wth an ability to assess and issue and develop actions steps for resolution
- Strong analytical communication and inter-personal skills with experience in reading and anlyzing digital retail metrics
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at vaiouls levels with different and converging timelines
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
- Understanding of Nike Sales and Order Management processes
