Senior Footwear Designer – NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Build new and innovative designs and tell new stories through product excellence to exceed consumer’s expectations of projects; partner with the cross-functional projects team to build stories and products, from concepting through production; partner with the Projects, Materials, Color and Development teams, Collaborators, and Athletes; create the seasonal creative direction through Footwear Design and innovations; communicate creative strategies, product concepts and consumer insights to internal and external audiences; finalize tech packages and follow the execution of all product details, including construction, color, form, style, detail, performance and cost/value requirements; and review all samples and communicate changes required; work with manufacturing partners to communicating with collaborators and athletes from concepting to crafting tech packs. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. 

Employer will accept No Degree and eight (8) years of progressive experience in the job offered or a design-related occupation.
