WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Global Sales Go-To Market (GTM) Excellence Team accelerates Sales growth by driving a best-in-class GTM strategy, championing sport priorities through inspiring tools and experiences, and leading operational excellence across geographies.
This role will sit within the GTM Excellence Operations Team - the trusted engine behind the Global Sales GTM Process by delivering premium seasonal sport toolkits, simplifying processes, and establishing collaborative partnerships that enable Geographies to win at the moment of choice.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to manage and ensure the organization and production of seasonal content and tools that support Nike’s Global Sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, content & production management, and strategic planning and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in content production, operations, marketing, or sales.
- Proven ability to deliver results through cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Effective, inclusive team player with professionalism in high-profile interactions.
- Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and priorities in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and multimedia content tools.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The Senior, Global Sales Sport Operations role will manage ensure end-to-end delivery of seasonal Sport content and tools to support Nike’s Go-To Market process. This role will design and maintain seasonal sport toolkits, oversee content production, and ensure timely documentation and distribution across platforms—providing stakeholders with the right assets at the right time.
- Organize, produce, and deploy seasonal content to ensure effective communication of plans and priorities to key stakeholders.
- Design and produce Seasonal Sport Sell-in Toolkits.
- Educate key stakeholders on sales tool offering and intended use cases.
- Gather, tag, and upload content for Nike sales teams via portals such as Nike.net.
- Coordinate photography, video, and 3D production with creative studios.
- Support seasonal GTM Sport Leads in bringing to life GTM sell-in journeys.
- Operationalize sourcing and delivery of additional sales tools such as Style-Color Toolkits, comparison tools, and showroom directives.
- Monitor and ensure content coverage targets for Global Sales Seasonal Readiness KPI’s.
- Provide end-to-end content production and delivery support for seasonal GTM initiatives.
