SENIOR, GTM EXPERIENCE 

Develop, innovate, & execute digital X physical experiences to enable the seasonal GTM process as well as season-less, reusable assets.
 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Bring the Sport Led construct to life through innovation of digital x physical experiences across EHQ and cities, showrooms and Nike.net, and at key events

  • Work as part of a x-functional team across GTM/Code, Digital Content & Samples, Showrooms, and Nike.net teams to ensure that digital assets and best-in-class selling tools are scaled, maximized, and optimized across all possible digital and physical instances

  • Collaborate cross functionally to enable integrated seasonal engagement plans

  • Understand the impact of code to business processes and support/execute newness and clarity in the way we execute

  • Collaborate with X-functional teams and lead components of larger projects to elevate the overall GTM, partner engagement, and sales moments experiences

  • Streamline production and delivery of elevated content supporting product education and inspiration

  • Work in close collaboration with other functional and cross-functional team members across EMEA and in global to fuel retail-end-in-mind experiences

  • Key seasonal experiences to bring Sport to life across key GTM moments

  • Seasonless, scalable digital & physical experience assets as well as innovative experimentation

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Stakeholder management : seek of improvement in collaboration with the functions, manage expectations.

  • Communication and Planning : strong verbal and written communication skills. Play a key role in communicating the info regarding Code to the rest of the organization - Be proactive, flexible and able to plan seasonal journey execution.

  • Project management : Lead project workstreams (or smaller projects), facilitate sessions to capture insights and be able to apply these learnings next season

  • E2E B2B experience : understand the flow of the information and how, when is the nike.net platform leveraged internally and externally to be able to influence the readiness of the tools and content.

  • Marketplace : Work closely with the IPT/IAT team members to understand the marketplace and account portfolio to be able to serve them.

Para los puestos de Retail, tendrás que completar una evaluación interactiva de entre 10 y 20 minutos que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Independientemente de tu puesto, queremos conocer todas tus facetas, así que no tengas reparo en enseñar cómo ofreces un servicio premium y qué es lo que te diferencia de los demás.

03. Haz una entrevista
