WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented manager to establish and lead the core e-commerce production function at ICON.SH. This role will oversee the production of product photography, e-commerce videos, and live-streaming, ensuring that every deliverable meets Nike’s high standards for quality, speed, and brand authenticity.

 

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in e-commerce production and product photography, with a strong understanding of Nike’s brand ethos and how to elevate products visually to connect with our consumers. This person thrives in fast-paced environments, has exceptional organizational skills, and is a natural collaborator who can work seamlessly with creative and technical teams alike.

 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Manager of E-Commerce Production, you will:

  • Oversee the end-to-end production of e-commerce assets, including product photography, videos, and live-streaming content.

  • Build and execute scalable workflows that balance efficiency and premium quality for e-commerce production at speed and volume.

  • Partner with creative and styling teams to ensure product storytelling aligns with Nike’s brand standards and resonates with the consumer.

  • Lead the production team on shoot planning, execution, and post-production, ensuring technical precision and creative excellence.

  • Champion best practices in product photography, lighting, and composition, bringing innovative approaches to highlight Nike’s product features.

  • Manage vendor relationships and external production crews, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to budget and timelines.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Studio Production and other studio teams to continuously optimize and evolve the e-commerce production pipeline.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in e-commerce, live-streaming, and product photography, introducing new ideas and techniques to keep ICON.SH at the forefront of innovation.

 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Reporting to the Head of Studio Production, you will work closely with the creative and styling teams, post-production specialists, and digital imaging experts to deliver high-quality e-commerce content. You will also collaborate with internal Nike stakeholders to align production outputs with broader brand and business goals.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in e-commerce production, with a strong focus on product photography, video, and live-streaming.

  • Expertise in product photography, including lighting, composition, and styling for a premium aesthetic.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce workflows and experience building scalable production pipelines.

  • Experience managing production teams and external vendors in fast-paced environments.

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines, balancing speed with precision.

  • Strong understanding of Nike’s brand, products, and consumer mindset.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges during shoots or in post-production.

  • Passion for innovation and experimentation in e-commerce production methods.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The position is subject to the standard working hours system. Based on business needs, the company will make adjustments and arrangements for the work shifts and rest days of this position, and will notify you in advance (for example, work shifts may be divided into day shifts and afternoon shifts, and rest days may be scheduled on days other than Saturdays and Sundays
