WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Uniform Operations within the Delivery Excellence & Uniform Operations team in Apparel / Accessories Manufacturing. We are seeking somebody with a strong strategic thinking mindset and a bias for action who will work with our suppliers based in the United States and our globally based vendors. Key responsibilities of this role include: monitor upstream (pre-PO) delivery risks and identify proactive mitigation levers; ensure uniform material availability in an efficient and cost effective manner; leading & supporting a broad scope of regional and global projects; and coaching & developing a team of seasoned analysts.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
You will lead the team responsible for uniform order capture, material planning, procurement, & inventory management; you will partner with cross functional stakeholders to collaboratively resolve, and transparently communicating, delivery risk for uniforms including escalation to senior leadership.
You’ll manage quarterly after-action reviews with your team and use these to support continuous improvement efforts across process and calendar. You will build connections and partner with data analytics teams to develop standard reporting and KPI metrics for your team, including improved data visualization tools. You’ll lead or support Regional and Global DEC projects and best-practice development & deployment in partnership with other regional DEC offices.
Your will support your team to deliver results by ensuring clarity on clearly defined priorities and change initiatives within the team. You will organize the team around an annual calendar of engagement with suppliers, vendors and assets, working across multiple seasons at once. You will balance workloads across your team, ensuring they can successfully deliver against immediate needs as well as long term priorities.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will join the leadership team of the Director of Delivery Excellence & Uniform Operations and build partnerships with Product Creation teams and regional Partner Managers. Externally, you’ll develop and evolve critical relationships with contract vendors and critical assets. You will work closely with a wide range of Nike functional teams including GLAM, Sports Marketing, MSE/MQE, Product Integrity, Materials Sourcing & Manufacturing, and Sourcing.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant / related work experience in manufacturing, planning, product development, operations, or supply chain; with 4+ years of direct team leadership
Specific knowledge and experience in footwear, apparel or accessories or a closely related field is preferred.
Strong data and analytical skills (experience w/ advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power Platforms preferred) and a passion for leveraging data to derive insights, make decisions, and drive evolution of business processes
Experience using AI (and other new/emerging tools) to bring efficiency through automation & simplification
Deep experience with complex risk and issue management and a keen ability to navigate situations with evolving and competing priorities.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and drive change with various external partners and internal cross functional teams, including working with and advising senior leaders.
Able to network across a complex, matrixed environment while maintaining focus and actively working to eliminate ambiguity.
