Who we are looking for:

The Nike Direct NA Team is looking for a Senior Principal, NikeSKIMS Direct NA to deliver the NikeSKIMS strategy and commercial objectives in Nike Direct Digital and Inline Stores across North America. This role is responsible for setting strategy, influencing outcomes, and ensuring NikeSKIMS strategies are tightly aligned to Nike Direct priorities and financial objectives.

We are looking for a seasoned leader who operates comfortably at enterprise level, influences without authority, and brings clarity to complex, ambiguous business challenges. This individual is retail-minded, trusted partner, and strong communicator who can connect NikeSKIMS strategy to consumer experience and commercial outcomes.

What you will work on:

  • Own and evolve the NikeSKIMS strategy across digital and store channels to achieve seasonal growth targets and consumer-right experiences
  • Shape, Plan, and Deliver the business against annual, seasonal, and quarterly Nike Direct targets in support of specific channel growth outcomes
  • Partner with Nike Direct Sport and Channel teams to ensure NikeSKIMS supports seasonal readiness, in‑season execution, and retail excellence across Digital and Inline Stores.
  • Lead a team of cross-functional partners to land the NikeSKIMS seasonal strategy in Digital and Inline stores and manage the in-season business analysis and actions
  • Represent the voice of Nike Direct at the Geo Sport & Global level to support the needs of the business and the consumer ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum.

Who you will work with:

You will report to the Senior Director, Training Nike Direct NA and partner closely with Direct leadership. You will work cross‑functionally with Direct Sport leaders, Channel Leaders, and Geo NikeSKIMS Leader, serving as the Direct NikeSKIMS point of view for North America.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 10 years of directly relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a Senior Principal level, influencing senior leaders and complex matrixed organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect training, consumer experience, and commercial outcomes.
  • Proven success leading through influence and navigating ambiguity.
  • Deep understanding of Nike Direct, omni‑channel retail, and/or consumer‑led operating models.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and retail end-to-end experience.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving strategy across seasonal, in‑season, and long‑range horizons.
  • Passion for Nike and elevating athlete and consumer experiences.
