Business analysis—including bookings, sell-through by channel, geography, country, style, and color—will be expected.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will be responsible for deeply understanding the consumer and analyzing product and competitive trends across team markets. You will apply expert knowledge of product creation, distribution, pricing, and marketplace needs to drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and communicating a clear product vision for your categories, supported by strong storytelling and consumer-right strategies

  • Overseeing or developing presentations for product sell-in
  • Line planning and briefing at the appropriate style/SKU level to deliver productivity, margin, and revenue targets
  • Building, maintaining, and fostering critical relationships with clubs, federations, and Nike Sports Marketing

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, Operations, and Sports Marketing teams throughout the entire product creation lifecycle. Collaboration across global and local stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

  • Expert-level Product Management and Merchandising skills with deep understanding of the product creation process
  • Strong business orientation, analytical skills, and retail math proficiency
  • Demonstrated business management experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, influence, negotiate, and drive alignment
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Global cultural awareness, including knowledge of current world events and appreciation for diverse cultures
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel
