What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • At least 4 years of experience in merchandising, product, GTM, strategy, or marketplace within a consumer-first organization
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
  • Understanding of product creation cycles, merchandising, and marketplace dynamics
  • Ability to turn inputs and data into clear plans and actions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
  • Passion for sport, culture, and consumer experience

Impact

This role enables the execution of Nike’s Pre-Order offense—translating strategy into action and ensuring product is brought to market in a way that is aligned, timely, and consumer-right. Through strong execution and cross-functional partnership, this role helps scale Pre-Order as a consistent and reliable marketplace capability.
