WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role partners closely with the Sales and Planning teams in the Chicago office, working at the heart of Nike’s marketplace offense. The Showroom Supervisor reports to the Senior Sales Director and collaborates with cross‑functional teammates across Sales, Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing, while also engaging directly with external account buyers, planners, and leadership teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is seeking a driven, detail‑obsessed Showroom Supervisor who brings energy, precision, and creativity to every interaction. This person thrives in fast‑moving environments where no two days look the same. They elevate the Nike Brand through impeccable organization, clear communication, and an eye for how spaces tell powerful product stories. They are a natural relationship‑builder—someone who can connect across functions, anticipate needs before they arise, and move confidently through shifting priorities. They bring strong operational instincts, the ability to lead others, and a commitment to keeping the showroom running flawlessly so the team can focus on serving athletes and partners.
They bring:
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., including samples and sales materials

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the operational engine behind the Chicago showroom—managing the space, the samples, and the systems that power key moments with Nike’s retail partners. You’ll create environments that inspire buyers, support the Sales team, and elevate every touchpoint of the showroom experience.
In this role, you will:
  • Build agendas, coordinate calendars, and manage logistics for retailer meetings, partnering closely with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing
  • Manage merchandising activities to create an on‑brand, consumer‑right showroom environment
  • Serve as the primary liaison with building management for repairs, maintenance, technical needs, and security
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office administration, including supplies, vendor management, shipping/receiving, and expense oversight
  • Complete personal and manager expense reports with accuracy and urgency
  • Lead the full Sample Management process—receiving, labeling, organizing, tracking, and returning quarterly sample lines
  • Ensure all samples are accurately inventoried and returned by the required deadlines

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
