As a TEAM we regularly interact with Finance and Technology partners globally. It is our responsibility to partner with program, product and engineering peers to ensure we are aligning appropriate technology outcomes with prioritized product initiatives. Beyond our team, collaboration with other global engineering teams, business stakeholders, and technical peers to ensure solutions delivered by our team is essential.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Sr. Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our SAP Finance team, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Finance implementation, support, and development
  • Proven experience leading SAP Finance projects and teams
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD)
  • Programming skills in ABAP and other relevant technologies
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Certified SAP Associate or Professional certification (FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance)
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori, and SAP Analytics
  • Knowledge of industry-specific finance solutions (e.g., banking, healthcare)
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Work together on the design, development, testing, and implementation of SAP Finance solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ERP Financials)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Configure and customize SAP Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting)
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP Finance solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Finance system issues
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop project plans, estimates, and resource allocation
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases, updates, and industry trends
