WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In this role, we are looking for someone who delivers inspiration and innovation to make athletes' dreams real. A dreamer, doer, editor, and tastemaker, this person brings skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game. • Project management experience and analytical skills to gather business and consumer insights and apply what is learned.

  • Domestic travel required to visit agency partners and partner stores once per season. International travel might also occur twice yearly, depending on the business situation.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will work on building a plan and delivering excellence in execution for “marketing in stores” every season to launch seasonal and non-seasonal stories.

  • Programming seasonal direction for Nike Direct In-line stores each season, 4-5 times yearly, and building a strategic plan and execution for new store openings.

  • Produce in-store signs and graphics every season by managing vendors/stores within budget, working closely with Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS).

  • You will work alongside Nike Direct's in-line stores and Value stores to execute cross-channel projects and seasonal stories.

  • You will support seasonal and non-seasonal marketing plan development, briefing, and providing input for implementing execution across Japan for the Retail Brand Lead. This includes developing in-store signage for always-on products/collections, promotions, and sale events based on our brand playbook.

  • Success will be measured by an increase in our brand strength, consumer engagement, and Nike Direct In-line business growth.
