Job Purpose

• Responsible for executing partners fleet strategy, and delivering partners high-quality fleet projects.
• Closely work together with NIKE internal teams to ensure the feasible door opening / Renovation cadence through NIKE strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with fleet director to improve fleet productivity under the joint fleet development vision with partners through city cluster strategy.
• Seamlessly execute marketplace fleet development plan and improve partners fleet structure.
• Develop strong cross functional relationships with cross-functional teams, also cultivate team innovation & creativity through national collaborations.
• Enhance partners fleet development capabilities and drive better co-working fleet process.

Requirements of this role

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• More than 5 working experiences in sports or retail related industry.  
• Solid partner management skills.
• Solid communication and influence skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Rich knowledge of marketplace and fleet.
• Knowledge of financial P&L analysis and business forecast.
