ICON.SH is Nike’s new in-house production studio in Greater China (GC Marketing). Combining world-class expertise with cutting-edge capabilities, we deliver premium, “China-right” creative content at speed and scale. More importantly, we are the guardians of Nike’s brand standards, ensuring every piece of work reflects the quality, innovation, and authenticity Nike is known for worldwide.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a highly motivated and well organized professional II, Business Planning to streamline and optimize our business process, and provide support to studio daily operation.
The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who connects the dots among different workstreams, and thrives at the intersection of planning and operations. With strong attention to details, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for enabling creative excellence, you’ll partner with cross-functional team in Icon SH,Global Icon Studios and Nike Greater China broader team to ensure ICON.SH operates with precision, efficiency, and innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Create, process, and maintain purchase orders for ICON.SH in accordance with Nike policies and procedures.
Ensure all POs are properly approved and documented before processing.
Serve as a point of contact for PO-related inquiries, including monitor PO status, update logs, resolve issues and provide guidance to ICON.SH teams.
Provide support to vendor setup, vendor unblocking and problem solving, contract, invoice, and payment process.
Conduct monthly reconciliation of PO/GR with various business partners across Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, Social commerce, and Global Icon Studios, to provide timely update on progress vs. target, inform forecast and escalate any risks.
Identify opportunities to streamline process and increase efficiency in PO and cost management processes.
Address ad-hoc requests for data and reporting needs where appropriate
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Head of Business Planning, you’ll work closely with all ICON.SH teams, including Production, Post-Production, Creative, Operations.. You will also collaborate with Nike’s various function - Finance, Legal, Procurement, Marketing, NDDC, Social Commerce, and Icon Studios to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Preferred candidates will have overseas study or working experience.
- A minimum 3+ years of experience in business planning, marketing or business operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and well-organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
