As part of the Jordan Digital Marketing Team in EMEA you will work on bringing our most exciting stories and marketing campaigns to life across digital channels and social platforms. You will develop, support and drive timely and effective delivery of seasonal Digital Marketing plans, ensuring relevant stories & product innovations are at the forefront of planning and execution across all channels.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring for a EMEA Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Jordan Digital Marketing team supporting our key brand pillars of Sport, Streetwear and Energy.
This role is for a passionate marketeer with a digital background who shares our love for sport, culture, and consumer insights. This person brings a perfect mix of creativity and data acumen, they love pushing thinking into new innovative spaces and strive for executional excellence.
The ideal candidate has great organizational skills, while also having an agile mentality and ability to work in a high pace, evolving environment. Dealing with complexity and change is not an issue and this person brings incredible energy as an empathetic team player.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with the Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Commerce and Content Operations teams, performing a critical supporting role working across our seasonal offense. You will hone in on your curiosity and creativity to bring to life big ideas and develop best in class digital plans and executions across our owned digital platforms.
You will be obsessing the details of the end-to-end digital journey, leveraging consumer and channel insights to create the best expression of the Jordan brand on the digital ecosystem. You will partner with Brand Marketing, Integrated Media and City teams to ideate and execute social activations that connect with consumers.
A typical day/week looks like working both independently and in cross-functional teams, supporting the development of seasonal and campaign plans. You will attend meetings with partners from different Marketing and business functions, and provide visibility to the seasonal digital marketing plans to ensure cross-functional and cross-FOPs alignment at all times.
You will support the seasonal programming across our digital platforms to amplify Jordan Brand and create lasting consumer connections. You will support the definition of each campaign digital run of show, and independently manage timelines and deliverables from the creative brief through to the execution, including continued optimisation through the analysis and evaluation of previous activations’ performance, to ensure we continuously innovate and unlock new opportunities.
You will lead the seasonal upstream alignment and coordination between Jordan marketing, platform and Nike teams to plan the seasonal digital journeys across platforms while being the guardian of digital operation timelines in-season to ensure smooth delivery of all digital marketing executions.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work within a passionate team of other EMEA Digital Marketing colleagues. You will also work closely with our cross-functional partners including but not limited to Brand Marketing teams, Nike Digital, Integrated Media, Merchandising, City Marketing, Insights and Analytics, and external agencies.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience in Marketing – digital experience is essential, with brand or social/creator marketing as a bonus.
- Experience building and bringing marketing plans and/or digital consumer journeys to life
- Proven project management and organisational skills, you are not afraid of day-to-day operational tasks.
- Experience and interest in working with data. You are comfortable both manipulating data and drawing insights to define strategies & opportunities in your day to day
- The ideal candidate has familiarity working with key tools such as Keynote, AirTable, Figma and Adobe Analytics.

- Understanding of Jordan Brand’s unique history and heritage.
- Passion for streetwear, sports & sports culture in any or all its various forms. Knowledge of streetwear and fashion landscape, and/or basketball and global football relevance to Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
- Passion for all things digital, you are on top of the latest trends in the field.
