WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising & Styling Specialist who supports the NVS VM&S team in shaping the future of Visual Merchandising and Styling across Nike Value Stores. This role is deeply connected to the Nike brand and the evolving needs of the consumer, with a constant drive to challenge conventions and elevate how we think, create, and execute.

This specialist maps and inspires consumer journeys through Nike store concepts. With a strong point of view on how consumers move through our environments, this role connects those journeys to physical VM&S experiences in inspiring, and commercially impactful ways.

Visual Merchandising and Styling is at the heart of this role. Through powerful storytelling and sport-led expression, this specialist helps inspire consumers and brings the VM&S journey to life in Nike stores.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • You advance Visual Merchandising & Styling for Nike Value Stores by delivering seasonal and non-seasonal directives, tools, training, and end-in-mind visualizations. You elevate product presentation and sport-specific storytelling by combining trend insight, styling expertise, and retail data to deliver consumer-first, execution-ready solutions with speed and accountability.

  • You develop and translate sport-led product presentation strategies into commercial, on-brand execution across consumer touchpoints. You contribute to seasonal briefs, campaign concepts, retail moments, and liquidation strategies, ensuring alignment with sport priorities and Nike’s brand narrative while bringing clarity, creativity, and strategic intent to every VM&S output.

  • You collaborate closely with the NVS EMEA team and Field VM&S, as well as Marketing, Merchandising, Allocation, Assortment Planning, and Space Planning. You build strong cross-functional partnerships, communicate with precision, and influence effectively to drive aligned execution and shared success.

  • You partner with agencies to deliver innovative, inspiring, and consistent directives. You push creative boundaries while ensuring operational feasibility, acting as a change agent with adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset in fast-evolving environments.

  • You support the NVS VM&S team and Field VM&S in new store openings through strategic zoning, fixture layout planning, signing strategy, and mannequin direction, ensuring each environment launches with a strong consumer-first point of view and premium brand expression.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role reports directly into the EMEA NVS VM&S Manager and works within a broad, cross-functional team across EMEA.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Practical experience in Visual Merchandising and Styling within a retail context.

  • Strong fashion sense, with a mindset rooted in performance, running, training, and football.

  • Daily proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint; experience with Photoshop, Procreate, and other design tools is a plus. Experience working on Mac (Apple) devices.

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and cross‑functionally. This role actively seeks input, shares ideas, and proactively reaches out for support and alignment when needed.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • A demonstrated passion for the Nike brand and a positive, inspiring contribution to team culture.

The role is open for applications until 23rd of April. Relocation is not offered for this position.
