Brand Marketing at Nike serves as the captain in driving our Sport-led offense. As part of the Run/Train Brand Marketing team, you will work in close collaboration with other Marketing teams (Retail, Digital, Media, Communications, Brand Creative) and a wider cross-functional group both locally and in our APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) and Global teams to deliver disruptive and effective campaigns for the brand.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of the Korea Running and Training Brand team, reporting directly to the Brand Director based in Korea. In this role, you’ll closely collaborate with other Marketing teams—including Retail, Digital, Media, Communications, and Brand Creative—as well as cross-functional groups locally, across APLA, and with Global teams.

Nike seeks a strategic and creative brand marketer with a deep understanding of Korean consumers, sports, and cultural landscape. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, fresh marketing talent with a strong voice for youth in Korea and a passion for how they engage with sports—especially running and training. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team player, acting as a community builder and brand accelerator, collaborating with various cross-functional teams and external partners. Forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and positive, this individual energizes teams and fosters collaboration to create meaningful consumer connections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in consumer marketing or related fields, including brand events, retail marketing, and digital marketing.
- Authentic passion for and understanding of Running and/or Training, and a broader connection to sport.
- Demonstrable connection to youth culture and community.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external agency partners.
- Positive, proactive personality with a team-first mentality.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will drive brand love and distinction by bringing expertise in brand strategy and management, crafting authentic stories that resonate with Korean youth and sport communities. You’ll support the brand team across a diverse range of tasks to ensure successful execution of brand campaigns, with a primary focus on Training and Running, while also supporting other sports such as ACG and NikeSKIMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute ideas and opportunities to grow Nike’s position in Running, Training, and broader sport culture with youth.
- Input into strategic brand plans and lead the execution of events and activations.
- Organize, track, and deliver product requirements for key moments.
- Lead the briefing of internal teams and external agency partners, and work with them to deliver reporting and campaign insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Media, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Communications, Entertainment, and Sports Marketing) to coordinate and roll out campaigns across marketing channels.
- Work with partners and communities within Training and Running to understand their needs and serve them effectively.
- Support other sport priorities as needed, flexing across the team’s focus areas.
