Nike Digital is the athletes* Home Court — where athletes connect with our brand, products, and sport through digital experiences. This role sits within the Nike Digital team and reports to the Senior Director, Digital Commerce. The team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, building and delivering high‑impact initiatives that accelerate commercial growth while serving consumer needs.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping and delivering high‑impact initiatives that accelerate commercial growth while elevating the consumer experience.

You’ll partner closely with Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Experience, 3rd‑Party Product Licensing Partners, and Global teams. Together, you’ll align vision to execution, strengthen ways of working and drive commercial excellence across EMEA.

We’re looking for a seasoned consumer‑obsessed, commercially minded leader who thrives in a diverse cross‑functional environment. You bring a tenacious drive to accelerate Nike Digital growth in line with Nike’s Win Now strategy. A passion for sport is a plus — a passion for digital excellence is essential.

You will bring:

  • Deep digital commerce leadership experience with expertise in consumer retail moments, pricing and promotional strategy, product customization and third‑party licensing models
  • A proven ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams through clarity, structure and strong stakeholder management
  • A growth mindset and a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and raising the bar for digital commerce excellence
  • Strong operational agility — able to navigate ambiguity, manage shifting priorities and keep long‑term goals in focus

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will define, design and deliver high‑impact initiatives that unlock meaningful commercial results. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to shape strategy, elevate execution and strengthen Nike Digital’s commercial impact across EMEA.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Set the Commerce Acceleration strategy leading major commercial campaigns and shaping product customization and third‑party licensing models to drive sustainable growth
  • Define the strategy and narrative for Nike.com channel distinction building experiences and propositions that differentiate Nike from the broader marketplace
  • Drive long‑ and short‑term commercial priorities identifying the right levers to balance revenue growth, profitability and consumer experience
  • Shape commercial initiatives end‑to‑end — defining programming, timing, scope, objectives and consumer journeys
  • Lead and align cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated, high‑impact commercial execution across the digital marketplace with a focus on value‑based propositions
  • Analyze growth opportunities and marketplace trends using performance insights to recommend and implement optimizations
  • Maintain strong awareness of legal and regulatory requirements across EMEA to ensure compliance across a diverse consumer ecosystem
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset — identifying, validating and activating new opportunities, capabilities and consumer experience improvements across the portfolio
