WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within Korea Nike Direct Stores and leads one of strategic Nike Store partners as a partner management.
This role directly reports to Sr. Director, Nike Direct Stores and will be partnering with strategic partner leaderships including partner CEO, Planning & RD (Retail District) Directors to create future marketplace together by envisioning, sharing, and executing Nike strategy.
You will also work closely with NSO (Nike Stores Owned)/NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) Director, Real Estate, Retail Operations in Nike Direct Stores, and cross functional teams, including Finance, Planning, Retail Marketing, MSC (Marketplace Supply Chain) and Jordan Marketplace lead in Korea. In addition, you will frequently connect with APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) teams for strategy alignments, business review, seasonal plan, etc. especially with APLA NSP leader.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a NSP Director to shape the Future Forward Korea Sport Marketplace by creating premium brand impact, driving sport offense, and elevating retail standards across NSP stores.
This role requires a strong enterprise leader who can mobilize strategic partner leadership and cross‑functional Nike teams across the Nike Direct Marketplace. The NSP Director will accelerate retail elevation at scale, strengthen brand standards, and deliver sustainable, mutually profitable growth for both Nike and our partners.
The ideal candidate sets a clear vision, leads with accountability and inclusivity, and inspires teams to win together—building a marketplace that is faster, more premium, and future‑ready.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in partner management, planning or closely related field such as retail district for partner business
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Possess a clear vision of future marketplace and proactive mindset in way of working and serving consumers
- Proven experience in retail management and marketplace expertise with retail operation, real estate & financial acumen
- Entrepreneurship and strategic thinking, and E2E business management skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean is required.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the strategic growth and marketplace evolution of a key NSP partner, aligning closely with Nike’s Direct marketplace strategy. You will drive retail elevation, partner performance, and premium brand expression while delivering sustainable business growth.
- Own the strategic partner’s overall growth strategy and mid‑ to long‑term plans, fully aligned with Nike’s marketplace strategy to deliver premium growth and business health
- Lead seasonal and financial planning with partners to bring Nike’s brand story to life in retail and drive healthy, mutually profitable outcomes
- Build and execute the marketplace and fleet plan within Nike Direct Stores, accelerating the next chapter of retail through retail elevation in partner stores, including brand standard adoption, store refits, and fleet standardization to ensure consistent premium expression
- Provide cross‑functional leadership across Nike and partner teams to align strategy and execute sport offense at scale, including concept offense and elevated retail storytelling
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing, diverse team across Nike and partner organizations, fostering a strong “Win as One Team” culture
