WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role is part of the Air MI Global Finance team, supporting Global Air Manufacturing & Innovation (“Air MI”). As NIKE’s manufacturing division, Air MI is the sole producer of air soles for NIKE footwear—an essential element of the brand’s product performance and differentiation. The future strategy of Air MI is core to NIKE’s growth, and in this role, you will be vital in ensuring the financial health of Air MI’s global initiatives. You will partner with leaders across Supply Chain, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Technology, and Operations to deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive profitable growth.

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with advanced financial modeling expertise who can drive business decisions that achieve and sustain financial health. The ideal candidate excels in strategic financial management, operational performance, and cross-functional engagement. This individual demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels. They possess exceptional financial modeling and communication skills, translating strategic priorities into actionable financial insights. Success in this role requires adaptability, collaboration, and a commitment to driving clarity and accountability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. (Will accept suitable combination of education, experience, and training.)
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Expertise in financial management, reporting, and cross functional collaboration.
- Strong financial modeling skills, able to develop models to calculate cost implications for complex business strategies
- Ability to prepare and present complex financial models with deep understanding of the Air MI business.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the financial partnership and analysis for Air MI strategic priorities, providing financial insights that shape long-term strategy and cost efficiency. You will own critical financial models, influence business case development, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance against key metrics.
- Supporting Air MI functional leaders (Supply Chain, Engineering, Network, Planning, Manufacturing, Product Engineering) with financial insights to guide strategic priorities
- Preparing complex financial models, summarizing results, and influencing decisions
- Partner with cross function leaders to develop business cases ensuring complete consideration of cost, return and other critical financial metrics
- Owning Inventory Reporting & Governance, including financial strategy for inventory on hand and movement flow
- Serving as financial partner for key strategies such as inventory, automation, manufacturing network analysis, and manufacturing efficiency
