We are looking for 2 Lead Buyer Associates (LBA) to support our Inline (NSO/NDDC) Nike Direct business as a part of the North America Business Integration Team.In this role, you will be responsible for entering the seasonal buys for USA Nike Direct into SAP for a designated Sport. These roles require the ability to partner with our NA Merchants, Planners, and Allocators to ensure accurate/timely buys for the USA.  Strong communication skills, teamwork, sense of urgency and attention to detail are critical to the role’s success.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits within the North America Business Integration team, partnering closely with Nike Direct Buyers, Planners, and Allocators to bring seasonal product strategies to life. The team thrives on precision, collaboration, and a fast pace. The Lead Buyer Associate reports into the NA Business Integration function and serves as the primary contact for all USA Nike Direct buys entered into SAP.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience; experience in a data‑intensive role preferred
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working within product data systems or complex databases preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll own the entry and management of seasonal Nike Direct buys in SAP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment across teams. You’ll keep product data clean, maintain buy readiness, and help keep cross‑functional partners connected and informed.

  • Partner with Nike Direct Buyers, Planners, and Allocators to enter and maintain seasonal USA Nike Direct buys in SAP
  • Manage order entry, contract moves, and price maintenance as needed
  • Investigate and maintain product information across multiple Nike systems
  • Navigate daily communication across teams to address questions, confirm details, and resolve data discrepancies
  • Support the broader Nike Direct Buying organization by ensuring data is complete, accurate, and ready for downstream processes
  • Participate in team meetings and working sessions to align on timelines, deliverables, and buy readiness
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and data workflows
