WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are a diverse, inclusive, innovative, and passionate team. This role will work closely to drive Pacific Neighbourhood and Runway brand marketing in collaboration with local cross functional teams as well as their regional counterparts. This person will sit with the Pacific Men’s Brand Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Men’s Brand Marketing for Pacific.  You will work closely with x-functional teams including Sportswear Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Media, Communications, Marketplace and Product Merchandising. Serve as a partner to cross functional relationships with external Nike Collaborators, Partners and Accounts and ensure timely, excellent communication between teams. The shape of your day-to-day work will vary, and therefore your style and influence will require agility and open mindset to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To lead us into the future and connect with our most discerning consumer, the ideal candidate is a people and relationship centric leader and a strategic Nike marketing expert with experience in brand and retail marketing. They will have unique interest and connection to this cutting-edge consumer and the associated sneaker and style culture. You will need to be passionate about community, culture, sneakers and style to help us reinvent how we serve both the visionary, sneaker and style obsessed consumer. You will possess the ability to develop strong working relationships with management and external resources, lead a team toward a vision through effective collaboration - drive the development and execution of marketing plans, and successfully navigate and manage across a broad internal matrix organization.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a business-related field preferred.
  • 5+ years marketing/relationship management experience.
  • Strategic planning and marketing acumen and a multi-tasking and information seeking attitude with a passion for sharing knowledge across the business with an open, positive and empathic approach.
  • Exemplifies excellent taste, with high understanding of style, fashion and celebrity culture.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Pacific Energy Lead Neighbourhood/Runway you will drive, influence and direct seasonal and long-term marketing plans for key in-line and collaboration product in partnership with Local and regional partners and aligned to regional (Asia, Pacific and Latin America) Women’s and Men’s consumer strategy. You will be the expert on the visionary sneaker and style obsessed consumer mindsets, marketplace, content performance KPI’s, trends, and business. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end to end integration and consistent delivery of the Energy Neighbourhood/Runway marketing plans, in line with Consumer Concepts & seasonal stories for Pacific.
  • Marketplace and partner brand plans from ideation through to execution in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with sales and merchandising partners to identify key products and develop a clear seasonal and yearly Neighbourhood/Runway marketing calendar.
  • Lead from strategic direction to execution to drive local activation to ensure culturally relevant, consumer-centric approach in all energy marketing efforts.
  • Manage budget, product ordering and seasonal concept map for all Neighbourhood/Runway priorities.
  • Management of regional and local stakeholders to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment.
