You are a high-impact leader responsible for the end-to-end execution of consumer experiences—navigating the journey from initial brief intake and creative development through fabrication, build, and into live programming.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven problem solver with deep industry expertise. You are a master communicator who seamlessly bridges the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring every project aligns with Nike’s seasonal and long-term marketing objectives.

What will you work on?
As a Lead Producer, you will own medium-to-large-scale productions in partnership with Creative
and Brand Management teams. Your core responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Production Management: Own the full project lifecycle, facilitating
  • outreach, negotiations, budget management, and contract execution.
  • External Partner Oversight: Responsible for sourcing and managing external partners, writing comprehensive Scopes of Work (SOWs), reviewing detailed budgets, and managing the vendor relationship from initial onboarding through final project wrap.
  • Internal Alignment: Lead the management of internal stakeholder reviews, working in close partnership with Brand Planning and Creative Planning to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely approvals.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work collaboratively with producers across the full creative production landscape—including Retail and Content—to ensure a unified brand experience.
  • On-Site Leadership: Direct on-site installations, establish Run-of-Show (ROS), and manage production partners across fabrication and programming.

Who will you work with?
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Production, you will be a vital member of the NA Production Team, partnering daily with teammates across PDX, LA, and NYC.

  • Mentorship & Leadership: While this role has no direct reports, you will act as a lead mentor for Producers and Production Coordinators, providing guidance on best practices and production excellence.
  • Creative Collaboration: You will work in close lockstep with the Experience Director in each geography to bring local and regional visions to life.
  • Internal Partners: Creative, Brand Marketing, Brand Planning, Finance, Legal Procurement, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, and Retail.
  • External Partners: You will lead and manage relationships with premier fabrication shops, creative agencies, and programming partners to ensure flawless execution.

What you bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in live consumer experience production, scenic fabrication, and creative project management.
  • Production Expertise: Deep knowledge of live programming and content capture within experiential environments.
  • Operational Excellence: Expert-level ability to draft SOWs and reconcile complex-production budgets.
  • Strategic Coordination: Experience managing complex internal stakeholder reviews and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Thought Leadership: A willingness to mentor junior team members and elevate the craft of production across the NA team.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expert-level contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Or equivalent relative working experience.
