Nike GT GC  team  is looking for Lead Inventory Management engineering who builds and maintains IT solutions ensuring continual  & high-level tech contribution. The ideal candidate must be customer-driven and tech-savvy, with proven problem-solving abilities as well as retail & wholesale knowledge (2B & 2C) in Footwear & Apparel industry special at Great China market (Mainland China , HK & TW) , and eager to join a dynamic, agile and fast-growing environment.

Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Understand business requirements, identify opportunities, design and develop solution through working with business stakeholders and cross-functional tech teams and might be external vendors
• Deliver the solutions within the project timeline and budget according to Nike standards and best practices. 
• Prepare project related documentation and ensure compliance and audit policies strictly followed
• Find opportunities to optimize existing solutions.  
• Coordinate team to make sure delivered capabilities can support business running smoothly in an efficient manner in daily operation.
• Helps resolve technical blocking issues and coordinates solutions across multiple technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above,  software engineering / computer science or related field
• At least over 8 years working experience in IT area. 
• Candidates without the required educational level but comes with more years of relevant experience is welcomed to apply. 
• Experience in Supply China IT solution especially Inventory Management is preferred.
• Over 5 years of solution design, develop and delivery experiences is a must. 
• Over 4 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, change, along with risk and critical path management experience , both waterfall & Agile model
• Familiar with mainstream Cloud stack AWS/Azure/Alicloud…. , Spring Framework, DB (SQL/Non-SQL)
• Familiar with ITIL, strong ownership of overall service level
• Uncanny ability to structure problem-solving approaches and to bring multiple solutions to solving sophisticated problems
• Be able to drive and control 3rd party vendor on service delivery with restrict quality control
• Excellent command of verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin
• Delivering on tactical responsibilities while maintaining awareness of the big picture
• Successful track record of building positive customer relationships; demonstrated skills including diplomacy, negotiation, and critical thinking
• Relevant planning to operation knowledge of retail company will be a plus
