  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence across functions and cultures

  • Global mindset with an understanding of how learning lands across regions and environments

  • Experience across first-line and corporate audiences is preferable

What You’ll Work On

You will bring Nike’s learning and leadership development strategy to life, ensuring programs are thoughtfully designed, operationally sound, and powerfully delivered. Your work spans strategy, program ownership, facilitation, and execution, with a focus on delivering a consistent, high‑quality experience for learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create engaging, inclusive learning environments that encourage reflection, connection, and action

  • Adapt facilitation style in real time to meet the needs of diverse senior audiences and leadership contexts

  • Collaborate with peer facilitators and program designers to maintain consistency and excellence across delivery

  • Manage courses, assignments, and reporting in Workday Learning

Continuous Improvement & Impact

  • Use participant feedback, learning metrics, and data to continuously improve learning solutions

  • Identify opportunities to innovate learning methods and elevate the participant experience
