WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As the Nike Stores Partner Management Lead reporting to the Retail Director, you will be the point person for Nike Stores Partnered (NSP) and Nike Factory Stores Partnered (NFSP) business in Indonesia. You will be supporting the Nike Store partner(s) and liaising with territory counterparts. People appreciate your ability to be resourceful in the face of ambiguity and to be able to provide solutions to problems.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Nike Stores Partner Management Lead, a self-leader to manage the Seasonal Partner Alignment process of Nike Store Partnered (NSP) as well as Nike Factory Store Partnered and to elevate our overall fleet (end-to-end). The successful applicant will ensure that the NSP adopts the seasonal priority with the use of POS data, insights, in-season feedback and good judgement, resulting in the delivery of premium consumer experiences and partner / brand profitability.
5 - 8 years relevant account management and/or sales experience required.
Strong base in retail operation, good understanding of store operations dynamics.
A degree in business administration, management or marketing would be an advantage.
Prior product experience, building commercial & consumer relevant assortments is an advantage.
Sales budget planning and sales data analytics acumen.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.
Ability to be direct with feedback and communicate openly and honestly.
Capacity to create a culture of collaboration through cross functional cooperation.
Desire to embrace and drive change within our team and our partners.
A team player and ability to have a positive influence on the team.
Ability to engage and manage business discussions within senior management (internal and external).
Participation in sport is an advantage.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with different stakeholders such as Brand, Merchandising, Demand & Supply, Retail Operations, leadership team and NSP partners to lead the in-season execution at retail stores. You will also lead the Seasonal Process, buy reviews and seasonal deadlines by organizing the deliverables against each of these gates. To that end, you'll,
Closely partner with the Retail Operations team to ensure stores are operating at a high level of Nike standards.
Align with Merchandising to deliver consumer driven assortments, ruthlessly edited, in depth, with consideration to trade zone and channel strategy to facilitate business growth, starting with our key doors and to the overall fleet.
Clarify assortment adoption expectations of seasonal Key Stories, Key Items, and Product Initiatives.
Review in-season and post-season sell-through information to align partner feedback and POS insights to internal stakeholders i.e., Brand/Marketing, Merchandisers & DSM.
Administer internal sales processes to ensure all are properly documented and flows well according to internal procedures.
Capitalize on current seasonal data to strategically effect future season assortments.
Create and leverage new tools & best practices to expand retail acumen and metrics to grow the business. Further details about the team (or teams) the successful candidate will be a part of.
