WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will join the Jordan Brand Business Communications team, a group shaping how the brand connects with teammates across the enterprise. This individual contributor reports to the Global Director, Business Communications and partners with senior leaders, cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders to deliver bold, culture-driven communication experiences.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The team is looking for a creative, strategic communicator who knows how to turn business priorities into stories, experiences and moments that move people. This person brings strong editorial instincts, a sharp point of view and the ability to simplify complexity into clear, compelling content. They are equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute—building experiences that resonate across channels and audiences.

They are data-informed and insight-driven, using feedback, metrics and performance signals to refine their approach and measure impact. They thrive in fast-moving environments, manage competing priorities with discipline and bring a collaborative mindset to every partnership. Above all, they are energized by creating meaningful employee experiences that inform, connect and inspire teammates at scale.

  • 6+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, business communications or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Event Management, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Proven experience developing employee engagement strategies, editorial plans, events or internal campaigns
  • Strong writing, storytelling and content development experience across multiple channels
  • Experience using data, surveys and engagement metrics to inform strategy and measure impact

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead how Jordan Brand engages teammates—shaping strategy, storytelling and experiences that bring the business to life. You’ll create moments that connect employees to the brand, the culture and each other, turning insight into action and ideas into impact.

  • Build and lead the employee engagement strategy across Jordan Brand, aligning to business priorities and teammate needs
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, inclusive communication plans and experiences
  • Own and evolve the editorial and experiences calendar, identifying key stories, leadership moments and cultural narratives
  • Create compelling content across events, leadership communications, digital channels and employee campaigns
  • Design and deliver innovative experiences—from live events to digital activations—that meet teammates where they are
  • Manage external agencies and creative partners to produce visually engaging, high-quality storytelling
  • Use data, feedback and channel insights to continuously improve engagement, optimize impact and guide future strategy
