WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate is a highly skilled software engineer with 8–10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, specializing in Order to Cash processes. They demonstrate strong ownership, technical depth, and the ability to lead complex system designs across finance domains. This role demands a proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP solutions. The candidate must be comfortable working across global teams, mentoring junior engineers, and influencing architectural decisions.
Key Requirements:
Open to work in Bengaluru.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in enterprise software engineering, with at least 7 years in SAP S/4HANA
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
SAP certifications in SD, FI, or S/4HANA preferred
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions that power Nike’s global Order to Cash operations. You’ll collaborate across finance, engineering, and business teams to build scalable systems, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation in revenue management and customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be part of the Order to Cash engineering team, partnering closely with finance, product, and global technology teams.
You get to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment where collaboration and clear communication are key to success.
You’ll architect and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions, focusing on SD and FI modules, with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability.
You’ll translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
You’ll mentor junior engineers, review code, and lead technical discussions to elevate team capabilities.
You’ll troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
You’ll contribute to strategic initiatives, including automation, data integrity, and integration with external platforms.
