WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and transforming supply chain processes? We are seeking an ambitious, strategic, and results-driven Delivery Excellence Manager to join our Apparel & Accessories (APAC) Delivery Excellence team in Vietnam. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead performance management, lead global initiatives, oversee a dynamic project portfolio, and revolutionize efficiency through process automation and innovation. You will report to Director, Delivery Operations Excellence and work closely with a powerhouse of cross-functional teams, including Supply & Inventory Planning, Global Supply Planning, Partner Management, Factory Partners, and Global Delivery Excellence. You will also collaborate with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and analytics teams to deliver groundbreaking process improvement initiatives.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This opportunity is tailor-made for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is eager to transform and influence the future of delivery operations excellence within one of Nike’s most critical manufacturing hubs.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 7 years of expertise in supply chain operations, planning, or project management within a high-performance organization. 

  • Exceptional analytical acumen with a proven ability to harness data for informed decision-making and strategic influence. 

  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills—adept at navigating complex global matrix environments. 

  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management, driving alignment and execution across multiple teams.

  • Experience working with process automation or RPA tools is a plus.

  • A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset with an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead performance excellence for the APAC Delivery Excellence Team by setting strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving global initiatives like system upgrades and process harmonization, advancing automation through RPA collaboration, and managing a strategic project portfolio with clear governance and stakeholder communication.

  • Drive Performance Management Excellence – Establish, refine, and oversee the APAC Delivery Excellence Team’s performance framework, setting strategic KPIs and ensuring rigorous monitoring for continuous improvement. 

  • Lead High-Impact Global Initiatives – Partner with global Delivery Excellence teams, factory stakeholders, and cross-functional experts to implement transformative strategies, including system upgrades, process harmonization, and capability building. 

  • Advance Process Automation & Innovation – Oversee the development of cutting-edge automation tools in collaboration with the RPA team, optimizing operational workflows and unlocking efficiency gains. 

  • Govern a Strategic Project Portfolio – Directly manage project governance, ensuring seamless communication of priorities, roadmaps, and status updates across global stakeholders.
