WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Manager of Post Production (Video) to lead the day-to-day operations of our Studio Post Production team. This role requires a strong focus on video post-production, including editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical expertise, a deep understanding of video workflows, and a passion for delivering premium-quality content at scale. A collaborative leader, you will guide and mentor a team of post-production professionals to consistently meet Nike’s uncompromising brand standards while ensuring efficiency, agility, and innovation in all deliverables.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the Manager of Studio Post Production (Video), you will oversee the end-to-end video post-production process for ICON.SH, supporting Nike's e-commerce, marketing, and storytelling initiatives.
You will:
- Manage a team of video editors, motion graphic designers, and sound designers to deliver high-quality video content aligned with Nike’s brand standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of workflows, tools, and systems to optimize efficiency, consistency, and collaboration in video post-production.
- Oversee editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics, ensuring all assets align with Nike’s creative vision and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Production, Creative, and Operations teams to align on schedules, priorities, and deliverables for all video projects.
- Maintain and organize the studio’s video asset library, ensuring files are accessible and archived for future use.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in video post-production, integrating innovative solutions to elevate studio output.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven, and innovative environment.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report directly to the Director of Studio Post Production and work closely with:
- Studio leadership teams across Creative, Styling, Production, Operations, and Business Planning.
- Internal cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Marketplace, and Merchandising.
- External vendors and technology partners in the video post-production space.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of experience in video post-production, with a strong focus on editing, color grading, and motion graphics for premium brands or agencies.
- Exceptional technical expertise in video editing software and familiarity with sound design tools.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize video post-production workflows at scale while maintaining premium quality.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of post-production specialists.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
- Familiarity with video asset management systems and metadata best practices.
- Knowledge of current trends and advancements in video post-production technology.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

The position is subject to the standard working hours system. Based on business needs, the company will make adjustments and arrangements for the work shifts and rest days of this position, and will notify you in advance (for example, work shifts may be divided into day shifts and afternoon shifts, and rest days may be scheduled on days other than Saturdays and Sundays).
