Who We Are Looking For: 

We are looking for an exceptional team player, focused on creative excellence from concept through execution and delivery. You’ll work under the direction of the Art Director and alongside copywriters, narrative managers, creative directors, producers, and studio managers. You will need to be versatile, eager to learn, and able to develop your skills. The Global Brand Design Undergraduate intern will have a passion for creativity and commitment to staying up to date with current and future trends and technology. 

The ideal candidate is sport obsessed. They’re curious about the intersection of sport and design. You’re eager to explore how best to image the world’s best athletes, most innovative products, and the culture of sport. 

What You Will Experience: 

In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.  

With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.  

You will work on a team with the Director of Art & Design for Nike Global Football and their studio team. You’ll work on a project that could involve several areas including graphic design, photography, video, illustration, animation, and spatial design. You will get to help craft the art direction for photo & video shoots, ensuring our content is always on-brand, diverse, contemporary, desirable, and within agreed budgets. Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, and technology as relevant to Nike. An interest in sport, more specifically global football (soccer) is a bonus.

What You Bring: 

Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027  

  • Background in visual design, graphic design, brand design, photography, fine art, or a related field 

  • Knowledge and expertise in all aspects of layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production and publishing across various channels and platforms. 

  • 0 - 2 years of work experience 

  • Resume submission (PDF strongly preferred) 

  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work, exhibiting proficiency in both digital and print design, is required 

Skills: 

  • Candidates must have an understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with content, with in-depth knowledge of social media, interactive communication, processes, and user-interface design for digital products. 

  • Candidates should have experience using Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop.

En el caso de los puestos de Retail, tendrás que realizar una evaluación interactiva que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Te tomará entre 10 y 20 minutos completarla. Independientemente del puesto, queremos conocerte a ti, a tu yo en su totalidad, así que comparte quién eres, qué te hace singular y qué deseas hacer.

03 Entrevista

Entra en esta fase con confianza: investiga, entiende lo que buscamos y prepárate para las preguntas que nos harán saber más sobre ti y tus antecedentes.
