WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Principal, Business Integration, Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) reports to the VP/GM, SEA&I, collaborates with the Senior Principal of Marketplace, Business Integration, APLA, and is part of the SEA&I Leadership team.
This role requires close collaboration across SEA&I teams, including Planning, Finance, Sales, Nike Direct, and General Management. The incumbent partners with the Geography Business Integration team to ensure alignment on the seasonal planning process while delivering on the unique needs of the SEA&I consumer.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of directly relevant experience.
Advanced proficiency in Keynote, with strong expertise in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Demonstrated expertise in Nike Go-to-Market or Code process, with an understanding of the product and retail value chain from innovation to consumer.
Strategic thinker with experience in product, marketing, and marketplace delivery.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and an exceptional communicator, skilled at cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Strong facilitation skills: ability to gather data, actively listen, negotiate, and drive progress with proven capacity for cross-functional influence.
Detail-oriented while maintaining a broad strategic perspective.
Genuine passion for, or interest in learning about, the Jordan Brand and/or Nike Brand.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that bring our Sport-Led Offense to life, driving efficiency, speed, and accuracy in seasonal planning and execution. Your responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary liaison with the Geography Business Integration team for Rhythm of the Game and Code procedures, ensuring comprehensive seasonal planning for SEA&I.
Serving as the principal contact for Geography Business Integration and coordinating with Jordan personnel and departments as the Code authority to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Leading Business Integration kickoff meetings and conducting post-analysis for each Territory Code gate, partnering with sport or functional BI leaders in Geo.
Embedding Code creatively into cross-functional workflows across SEA&I.
Aligning Rhythm of the Game IBAs and IBPs with Planning and Business Integration teams to ensure seamless season execution.
Collaborating with the Sr Director of Business Integration on initiatives to improve seasonal Code standards and activate the Sport Offense strategy with the SEA&I marketplace team.
Demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
Serving as chief of staff, supporting the leadership team and ensuring initiatives move forward effectively.
